Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Quiztives for your educational journey. We strive to provide the best digital practice sets, mock tests, and educational resources. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Products Policy
Quiztives offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (such as unlocking premium chapters, subjects, classes, and PDF materials). Because our products are instantly accessible upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made and the content is unlocked. We encourage our students to explore our free practice sets and read the subject descriptions carefully to understand the content before making a premium purchase.

2. Exceptions for Refunds
We value your trust and will process refunds only under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch or network issue.

Content Not Unlocked: If the payment was successfully deducted from your account, but the premium content failed to unlock on your Quiztives dashboard due to a system error on our end.

3. How to Request a Refund (for valid exceptions)
If your case falls under the exceptions mentioned above, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team within 3 days of the transaction.

Email us at support@quiztives.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Username]”.

Include your registered email address, date of transaction, amount deducted, and proof of payment (screenshot of bank/UPI deduction or Razorpay payment ID).

4. Refund Processing Time
Once our team verifies your claim and approves the refund, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card).

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

5. Cancellation Policy
One-Time Purchases: Purchases for specific chapters, subjects, or classes are one-time payments for lifetime access. These cannot be cancelled once the transaction is complete.

Account Deletion: You may choose to stop using Quiztives or request account deletion at any time. However, deleting your account will not entitle you to a refund for any past purchases.

6. Changes to this Policy
Quiztives reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
